About

Built by someone who watched the work pile up.

I'm eighteen. I started B2B Web Systems because I kept watching capable businesses drown in work that software should have handled years ago — typing the same data in twice, chasing invoices, balancing books at midnight. So I build the software: one system shaped to how a business actually operates, owned by them, not rented. Then I put an assistant inside it and make the repetitive work quietly disappear.

What we believe

A few non-negotiables.

01

Software should fit the business

Not the other way round. We build around how you actually operate — not a generic template you have to bend yourself to fit.

02

You should own your system

Your own private system, your information, exportable and portable. No lock-in, no surprises, no hostage-taking.

03

Automate the dull, keep the human

The assistant takes the repetitive work. Your people keep the judgement, the relationships and the decisions.

The next move

Let's build your system.

A 30-minute call to map your operation. A working system in about a month. Then we refine it beside your real work — and keep improving it, with no disruption.
