What you share with us

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name and a description of the challenge you would like help with. You can optionally provide a phone number, choose your industry and select an area of interest. If you arrive from one of our industry pages, the enquiry includes that page’s industry. If you email us directly, we receive the information you include in your message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential customer records.

How your enquiry is used

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a systems review and discuss a possible project. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

How the form works

When online sending is available, your enquiry passes through our website hosting service, Cloudflare, and the email delivery service Resend to reach our business inbox. These providers process the request as part of delivering their services. An email draft or copied enquiry is only sent when you send it through your own email app.

The website does not save form details to a website database or your browser’s local storage. Enquiries delivered by email remain in the relevant inboxes and email service records. This website does not apply an automatic deletion schedule to those email records.

Website activity and cookies

This website’s enquiry form does not set advertising cookies. It emits basic interaction events in the browser, such as starting a form or a successful submission, without including the form’s contents. The form itself does not send those events to an external analytics service. Hosting and email providers may process technical details, such as IP addresses and request information, to operate and protect their services.

Your information across borders

We work internationally, so our work and service providers may handle information in countries different from yours, including Sri Lanka. If you need information about data handling before sharing details about your business, please email us first.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

You can ask what information you have shared with us, request a correction or ask us to delete your enquiry by emailing umarhassanbusiness@gmail.com. We will review your request and explain any records that need to be retained in connection with an ongoing project or other applicable obligations.
